We want you to absolutely love what you buy from Buzazo. But if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused, in original packaging
• It arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened skincare or beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as Final Sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will go back to your original payment method
